  • CARES Act readiness - Built and moved servers into production to position the bank to be ready for the influx of loans for the CARES Act.

  • Database hardware migrations - Migrate database servers to new hardware with minimal downtime and saving the company 3 million dollars a year due to licensing

  • Data Center Closures - To shrink the number of data centers across North America, I was the lead Systems Engineer to facilitate the migration of virtual and physical hardware out of closing data centers and ensured that the server was up and accessible at the destination data center.

  • SME on DMZ Windows builds and Windows Firewall with Advanced Security firewall rules and IPSec

  • Internal Cloud Migration - Completed one of the largest internal cloud migrations in the world. Moving VMs off legacy infrastructure and ingesting into the Bank of America Cloud saving the company 1.1 billion in reoccurring costs.

  • Project Manager on Ricoh printer swap. Changed 327 copiers/printers across all hospitals and clinics within SGHS, updated print drivers across all servers, directed a team consisting of SGHS employees and Ricoh employees over the course of two weeks

  • Project Manager on virus protection and eradication. After an outbreak compromising Windows XP Embedded devices, I lead a team to reimage all devices to correct the issue, as well as prepare them for the Citrix XenApp upgrade

  • Installed, configured, and maintained SOTI MobiControl software with Motorola MC5590 handhelds for the use of Positive Patient ID using Cerner Millennium Mobile
